Job description

Job Summary:
The Application Specialist I is responsible for performing one or more entry-level installation services, including window tints, ceramic coatings, and paint protection films. This position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic XPEL environment, providing the opportunity to develop technical skills while upholding XPEL's industry-leading standards. The Application Specialist I will support XPEL's daily operations and collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and a safe, high-performance work environment.
Core Duties
  • Install XPEL products (one or more) on entry level jobs as defined difficulty rating/management.

  • Work with other senior level installers to increase capabilities and skillset.

  • Ensure all installations are completed to XPEL's quality benchmarks by performing initial inspections and making minor adjustments for a flawless finish.

  • Follow all XPEL safety guidelines and participate in ongoing XPEL training to expand installation skills and product knowledge.

  • Communicate effectively with XPEL team members to ensure efficiency is maintained.

  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent or local equivalent desired

  • 6 months in application of automotive protective products (XPEL Preferred).

  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

  • Strong hand-eye coordination and keen attention to detail.

  • Effective communication skills.

  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform detailed tasks.

  • Valid driver's license

Desired Qualifications
  • Certifications in one or more services (e.g., tinting and ceramic coatings) from recognized providers such as XPEL or 3M is preferred
