  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Position Summary

Graco is seeking a CNC Swiss Machinist to join its machining team in Rogers, MN. This role involves operating and setting up CNC Swiss machines while producing precision components used in industrial and commercial paint sprayers. Candidates will work in a modern manufacturing environment and have the opportunity to develop advanced machining skills across multiple machine platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate a variety of CNC Swiss machines.
  • Perform approximately 3-4 machine setups per week.
  • Run and monitor 1-3 machines simultaneously.
  • Perform tooling changes, machine offsets, and setup adjustments.
  • Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, pin gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements.
  • Ensure parts meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Troubleshoot machining and production issues as needed.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the machining department.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree or technical diploma in Machine Tool Technology, Precision Machining, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of CNC Swiss machining experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
  • Experience performing quality inspections using precision measuring instruments.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently after training.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience performing complete machine setups.
  • Experience with Citizen Swiss machines, Mazatrol controls, or Haas equipment.
  • CNC programming knowledge and understanding of G-Code/M-Code.
