Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Order & Purchase Order Processing
    • Receive and process purchase orders from the assigned Account Manager
    • Enter sales orders accurately into the system
    • Verify customer credit status prior to order release
    • Create work orders for items requiring shop or repair services
    • Generate pick tickets and coordinate with shipping when orders are ready

Shipping & Customer Communication
  • Prepare and send airway bill (AWB) information to customer contacts
  • Track shipment status and confirm delivery details
  • Proactively communicate shipping updates or delays to the Account Manager

Repair & RMA Management
  • Process all Return Material Authorizations (RMAs)
  • Coordinate with the internal RMA group to ensure proper handling
  • Issue RMAs and send documentation to customers
  • Track repair orders and maintain status updates

Repair Information & Quoting Support
  • Acquire repair and technical information needed for customer quotes
  • Enter repair data into the system accurately and promptly
  • Ensure the Account Manager has complete information to quote customers in a timely manner

Order Tracking & Internal Communication
  • Monitor all assigned sales and repair orders from receipt through shipment
  • Communicate real-time updates to the Account Manager, including expected ship dates, delays, or repair progress
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Repairs, Shipping, and Finance

Training & Career Development
  • Learn all core sales functions, systems, and processes
  • Receive ongoing training to develop into an Account Manager
  • Participate in a structured growth path aligned with sales career progression
  • - Serve as a feeder role for future Account Managers as current Account Managers advance

Requirements
Education and Experience:
  • H.S. diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
  • Entry level position with a minimum of one (1) year of data entry. Strong data entry skills alpha and numeric with a high level of accuracy.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
  • Previous experience in sales support, order processing, or customer service
  • Experience working with customer service administration tasks
  • Aviation or technical industry experience a plus

Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in ERP or sales order systems (or ability to learn quickly)
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, service-driven approach

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to use hands and arms for repetitive movements, such as movement of wrists, hands, fingers while typing.
  • May occasionally be required to lift and carry up to 20lbs.
