Advocate Health is seeking dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our esteemed Anesthesiology Team at Advocate Christ Medical Center, located in the vibrant community of Oak Lawn, Illinois. This position offers a balanced work-life schedule, a supportive team environment, and the chance to practice in a nationally recognized academic and research hospital.
Position Highlights
  • $100,000 sign-on bonus
  • Forgiveable Loan option
  • No call, weekends or holidays
  • Pay range $121 - $159/hour ($251,680 - $330,720/salary)
  • $2250 CME
  • 40 hours of CME
  • 30 days PTO increasing with years of service

Schedule Details
  • Monday - Friday First Shift: 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts available
  • Day work: 7:30a-3:30p
  • Late Work: 7:30a-5:30p
  • Swing work: 7:30a-2:30p or 2p-9p

Clinical Scope: Provide anesthesia services patients in both elective and emergency surgical settings. Case mix includes General Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Vascular Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Trauma, Neuro (heads & spine), Gynecology & Transplants. CRNAs can perform spinals, arterial line placement and some peripheral nerve blocks.
Candidate Requirements:
License/Registration/Certification:
  • Active RN, and APRN/APRN-FPA/APNP or other APRN license(s) in state(s) of practice, AND
  • Active national board certification as CRNA by nationally certifying board (NBCRNA).
  • Active DEA registration prior to hire
  • For Illinois: active Illinois Controlled Substance License prior to hire
  • Active ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by clinical site/practice and/or role prior to or within 6 months of hire

Education Required: Master's Degree in Nursing
Experience Required: No experience required.
