Major Responsibilities:

Ensures that all tableware, pots and pans, utensils, other kitchen equipment and surfaces are clean and sanitary.

Performs routine work with little or no deviation from accepted practices. Performs related duties as assigned.

Job Specific Duties

Cleaning Cleans and washes dishes by hand or machine, trays, silverware and pots and pans for morning and lunch meals. Food Delivery Delivers food truck to Infirmary. Sanitation Ensures the sanitation of the kitchen work area by cleaning and washing machines, mopping floor, taking garbage to the dumpster. Planning Plans daily work schedule of routine cleaning duties. Professionalism Upholds a professional working relationship at all times and adheres to department rules.
