If you would like provide a unique and memorable experience to our guests, we want to meet you!We are looking for an Administrator in Traning with experience working in skilled nursingThe Administrator in Training (AIT) position is designed to provide comprehensive hands-on experience and mentorship in all aspects of skilled nursing facility management. This role works closely with the Administrator and department leaders to gain the knowledge and skills necessary to become a licensed nursing home administrator.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations ManagementShadow and assist the Administrator in daily operations and decision-making processesLearn to oversee multiple departments including nursing, dietary, housekeeping, maintenance, and activitiesParticipate in budget development and financial management activitiesAssist with facility inspections and survey preparationRegulatory ComplianceLearn federal and state regulations governing skilled nursing facilitiesAssist in maintaining compliance with CMS, state health department, and OSHA requirementsParticipate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiativesHelp prepare for and participate in regulatory surveysHuman ResourcesAssist with recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of staffLearn employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary proceduresParticipate in staff training and development programsSupport scheduling and staffing coordinationResident Care & Family RelationsDevelop relationships with residents and familiesAssist with admissions process and resident assessmentsParticipate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary team meetingsHandle resident and family concerns and grievancesCommunity & MarketingAssist with community outreach and marketing initiativesParticipate in census management and referral developmentBuild relationships with hospitals, physicians, and discharge plannersRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related fieldEnrollment in or eligibility for state Administrator in Training programStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively with diverse teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare software systemsValid driver's license and reliable transportation
