We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Audit Clerk to support our Payroll Compliance Audit team. In this role, you will play a critical part in helping ensure employer contributions are accurate and compliant across our trust funds. Your administrative skills and eye for detail will help keep the audit process running smoothly from start to finish. You will be responsible for:

  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks that support the audit process, including data entry, record updates, and file preparation
  • Draft, prepare, and send official correspondence related to audits
  • Coordinate audit tasks with internal teams to gather needed information and ensure timely processing
  • Track and log key audit activities using internal systems to ensure accurate records and smooth workflows
  • Process and log audit payments and prepare necessary documentation for audit closures
  • Answer department phone calls, distribute mail, and assist with supply orders as needed
