Serve as the first point of contact for potential customers, gathering and documenting the information needed for the estimator to prepare an accurate quote or job scope.

Enter and maintain job information within company software

Organize and manage job files and documentation

Work with Estimator on scheduling job walks and crew schedule

Prepare and file DEQ online paperwork

Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email

Assist with employee recognition and celebration programs

Vet potential customers and make introductionary phone calls

Conduct accounts receivable follow-up calls and documentation

Support office operations and administrative projects as needed
