  • Responsible for fostering a fun environment.

  • Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Service Program.
  • Complies with state, company, and department policies and regulations.
  • Provide security on assigned gaming or landing area: maintains high visibility, handles problem situations, watches for safety hazards, and provides assistance in medical situations.
  • Patrol of parking lots.
  • Provide security escorts for all monetary transfers, fills, and credit.
  • Provide crowd control, direct traffic, check I.D., check for cameras, bottles and other items not allowed on Gaming floor.
  • Provide assistance to customers: give directions, call cabs, assist with car trouble, etc.
  • Provide special assistance to disabled patrons as necessary.
  • Observe count crew doing the VLT drop and transports funds to the count room.
  • Serve as dispatcher.
  • Dispatch other officers to various assignments and maintains activity log sheets.
  • Write detailed reports as required for incidents involving law violations and/or violations of company policy and procedure.
  • Testify in court as needed.
  • Occasionally, strenuous physical activity is required.
  • Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements.
  • Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
  • Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter.
  • Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Any reasonable request made by your supervisor or any management personnel.

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must have outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Must enjoy hosting others.
  • Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests.
  • Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor or Manager.
  • Must qualify for licensing by Ohio Lottery Commission and Ohio Casino Control Commission.
  • Must be able to pass background check.
  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
  • Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license to operate the company Security Vehicle.
