  • Spot opportunities to streamline legal workflows, reporting, and processes, and help implement them.
  • Act as the connective tissue between Legal and internal stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives.
  • Take on growing ownership of legal operations and workflows as the department scales, with exposure to corporate, compliance, and employment matters.
  • Provide administrative and operational support (document routing, correspondence, data entry) to keep a lean, fast-moving legal department running smoothly.
  • Support the Manager of Regulatory Affairs with licensing and permit renewals.

What You'll Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department with hands-on litigation support.
  • Track record of managing subpoenas, third-party requests, document productions, and legal correspondence independently.
  • Self-starter with sharp organizational and analytical instincts; able to juggle multiple matters and shifting priorities.
  • Advanced Excel, Outlook, and Word skills.
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communicator.
  • High discretion and sound judgment handling confidential and privileged information.
  • Paralegal certificate (e.g., ABA-approved program) or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Familiarity with matter management, e-billing, and eDiscovery tools.
  • Employment law and litigation support background in a corporate setting is a plus.
