About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the delivery of largescale network operations and infrastructure services across a complex, multistakeholder enterprise environment. This role is responsible for program governance, operational performance, and crossfunctional coordination supporting network, systems, and security services.

The ideal candidate combines strong program management discipline with a solid understanding of network operations, service delivery, and infrastructure environments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Program Leadership & Governance
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for program performance, delivery, and stakeholder coordination
    • Establish and maintain program governance, reporting cadence, and escalation processes
    • Lead status reporting, executive briefings, and performance reviews
    • Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies through structured RAID management
  • Service Delivery Oversight
    • Oversee delivery of network operations, infrastructure, and security services in a 247 environment
    • Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and operational targets
    • Coordinate across teams responsible for:
      • Network Operations Center (NOC)
      • Network engineering and provisioning
      • Infrastructure and systems support
      • Security operations
  • Planning & Capacity Management
    • Lead capacity planning and resource alignment across operational and project demands
    • Balance steadystate operations with engineering and modernization initiatives
    • Coordinate prioritization of work requests, changes, and projects
  • CrossFunctional Coordination
    • Serve as the integration point across technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders
    • Facilitate collaboration across multiple workstreams to ensure aligned execution
    • Support change management and release coordination activities
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Drive improvements in operational efficiency, service quality, and reporting transparency
    • Support the adoption of best practices aligned to ITIL or similar frameworks
    • Identify opportunities for automation, performance optimization, and service enhancements
Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • PMP certification
  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management
  • Prior experience managing network infrastructure or IT operations programs
  • Demonstrated experience in:
    • Large, multi-team delivery environments
    • Managing SLAs and operational performance
    • Stakeholder and executive communications
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Network operations and infrastructure concepts (WAN/LAN, routing, switching, etc.)
    • IT service management frameworks (ITIL preferred)

Required Skills & Certifications: 

  • Experience supporting highly regulated or public sector environments
  • Familiarity with:
    • Service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow or similar)
    • Network monitoring and operations tools
  • Experience managing distributed or geographically dispersed teams
