This is not a salaried management role-it's an opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual to build and operate something of their own while making football more accessible in their local community. We're looking for someone ambitious, community-driven, and passionate about the game.

Your Responsibilities
  • Launch and grow the Stranger Soccer brand in Portland
  • Recruit, train, and manage a small local team (2-3 people), supported by Official Hosts
  • Secure suitable football venues and regular playing opportunities
  • Drive marketing and customer growth through digital and local initiatives
  • Oversee game operations while delivering an outstanding player experience
