Why is Gen Z struggling to get jobs?

Gen Z faces challenges in securing jobs like entertainment assistants due to high competition, limited work experience, and employers' preference for candidates with specific skills or certifications. Additionally, economic factors and changing industry demands can make entry-level positions more competitive for younger applicants.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an Entertainment Assistant, and why are they important?

To thrive as an Entertainment Assistant, you need excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of the entertainment industry, often supported by a relevant degree or internship experience.
