They are responsible for the safe and timely transportation of clients, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle. These drivers often work long, irregular hours and must have excellent driving records, customer service skills, and knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Their role is crucial to ensuring the comfort and safety of high-profile passengers while traveling between venues.

They must adapt to last-minute changes, navigate unfamiliar routes, and manage long hours on the road. Building trust with clients and coordinating closely with tour managers and support staff are essential for smooth operations. Additionally, discretion and professionalism are crucial due to the confidential nature of clients' travel plans.

Digital & Radio Content Leader – KIT

*This is a full-time, in-office opportunity. *

Take Your Content Leadership Career to the Next Level:

Are you a visionary content leader with a passion for building brands, growing audiences, and developing high-performing talent? At Townsquare Media Group, we're looking for a dynamic Digital & Radio Content Leader who thrives at the intersection of on-air creativity, digital storytelling, and team leadership.

This full-time, in-office role, is perfect for a dynamic, ambitious, and proven talent with experience in radio and digital content. We're looking for a true 360-degree creator—someone who can entertain, inform, and inspire across radio, digital, social, and live events—while driving audience growth and revenue impact. You'll work closely with a collaborative local team and have the opportunity to grow with a digital-first media company built on strong local brands.

This position reports to the Director of Content and holds full brand ownership of one station, including on-air performance and digital content creation.

Why Townsquare Media?

Townsquare is a media, entertainment, and digital marketing solutions company dedicated to serving small and mid-sized markets across the U.S. We own and operate 354 radio stations and more than 400 local websites across 74 markets—including trusted Yakima stations.

We combine the power of local media with best-in-class digital solutions to help businesses grow—offering everything from broadcast and digital advertising to SEO, web design, and programmatic marketing.

What You'll Do:

As the Digital & Radio Content Leader for KIT, you'll be responsible for driving the vision, performance, and growth of the brand across on-air, digital, social, and live experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will:

  • Lead the brand from the front as an active influencer, content creator, and endorser, driving audience engagement while setting the standard for compelling content and coaching team members to do the same.
  • Recruit, develop, coach, and retain top on-air and digital talent while partnering with market leadership to cultivate a positive, professional, and high-performing culture that supports brand growth and team success.
  • Lead regular strategy, coaching, and brainstorming sessions with air talent and cross-functional teams while partnering closely with sales leadership to develop compelling, revenue-generating content, features, promotions, endorsements, digital initiatives, and events that engage audiences, support client objectives, and drive market growth.
  • Build and engage passionate audience communities by creating compelling multi-platform content, maintaining a strong presence across digital and social channels, representing the brand at events and promotions, and cultivating community relationships that drive audience growth and revenue-generating partnerships.
  • Host a live, engaging on-air show on a regular, ongoing basis, preparing daily content that entertains, informs, and connects with the target audience
  • Create and publish a minimum of two original local articles per day for the station website and mobile app
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Content to elevate brand quality, programming, and events while seamlessly integrating digital and social content into the overall content strategy to maximize audience engagement across platforms.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively across departments and with key stakeholders
  • Creating and publishing original video content regularly, including social-first short-form video (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) and longer-form segments that grow your personal on-screen brand
  • Prospecting and developing endorsement and influencer partnerships with local businesses, pitching yourself as a trusted community voice who can authentically promote products and services across on-air, video, and social platforms
  • Participating in person in high-visibility community events, client meetings, and business functions as a station ambassador who builds relationships that translate into revenue

What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of full-time radio experience
  • Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of building successful brands or teams
  • Proven, measurable success in audience growth and digital content performance
  • Strong understanding of FCC rules and regulations
  • Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking skills
  • Comfort interacting with listeners, clients, and community partners in public settings
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure
  • Technical proficiency operating control boards, remote broadcast equipment, and related production tools
  • High School Diploma (required)
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required)
