Beacon Health Physical Therapy is seeking dedicated and compassionate full-time Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our team in Chantilly, Virginia. This role involves delivering high-quality rehabilitation services in an onsite rehabilitation center. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients to diagnose their physical limitations and needs.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing various techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to alleviate discomfort and improve functionality.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment goals and plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery trajectories.
  • Provide education to patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation processes, and the proper use of assistive devices for improved daily functioning.
  • Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and contributing to team meetings to share insights and improve best practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Beacon Health, you will work with a diverse group of patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, and various medical conditions. Your role will involve creating unique treatment protocols for individuals with differing needs, ranging from post-operative orthopedic patients to those requiring rehabilitation for neurological conditions. Qualifications
  • Valid and active state license as a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits
