Job Description:
Join a forward-thinking technology team building a cloud-native, API-driven platform that is disrupting the industry. As a Senior Software Developer, you will serve as a key technical contributor within a cross-functional Agile team, helping design, build, and enhance scalable platform capabilities. In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineers, product stakeholders, and architects to deliver high-quality features while mentoring team members, removing technical roadblocks, and shaping architectural decisions across multiple projects. This position is ideal for experienced developers who enjoy influencing system design, guiding peers, and contributing hands-on to modern enterprise software solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Contribute as a senior technical resource on a cross-functional Agile team including development, QA, and business analysts.
  • Serve as the technical SME for a specific platform domain and help guide architectural and integration decisions.
  • Design and implement scalable system features aligned with business objectives and enterprise platform standards.
  • Mentor developers through pair programming, code reviews, demos, and coaching while supporting technical growth across the team.
  • Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into reliable, high-quality software solutions.
  • Deliver consistent code contributions aligned with sprint goals while ensuring strong testing, performance, and security practices.
  • Lead documentation efforts and knowledge sharing to ensure technical continuity across the team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 10+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in C# and .NET technologies.
  • 3+ years contributing in a senior technical role within Agile development environments.
  • Experience with TypeScript and SPA frameworks (Angular and/or React)
  • Experience designing enterprise-level system architectures including RESTful APIs, integrations, and complex business workflows.
  • Strong background building cloud-based systems (Azure preferred) including serverless services, messaging, logging, and data storage.
  • Experience designing and implementing both monolithic and microservices architectures.
  • Experience developing CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills working across multiple Agile teams.
  • Experience with ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, and modern SPA frameworks such as Angular or React is preferred.

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $155,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
