Enterprise Business Development Manager - ICT

About the role
We are looking for an Enterprise Business Development Manager - ICT to join BSI's Global Key Accounts team.
This role will focus on building strategic relationships with leading technology, telecommunications and digital organisations, identifying new opportunities where BSI can support clients with their evolving challenges across trust, resilience, security, compliance and transformation.
As an Enterprise Hunter, you will be responsible for creating new relationships and opportunities - engaging senior decision makers, understanding complex business challenges and positioning BSI's global expertise to deliver meaningful impact.
This is a highly strategic business development role for someone who enjoys creating opportunities, influencing at executive level and building partnerships from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new enterprise opportunities across the ICT sector.
  • Build relationships with senior technology leaders and executive stakeholders.
  • Develop strategic pursuit plans for target organisations.
  • Identify client challenges and align BSI capabilities to deliver value.
  • Create opportunities across multiple geographies, business units and functions.

  • Strong track record winning new business and creating pipeline.
  • Experience selling complex solutions into large organisations.
  • Ability to engage senior technology and business stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial awareness and consultative selling capability.
  • Experience navigating complex global organisations.
  • Highly self-motivated with a hunter mindset and passion for growth.

Highly desirable

Salary Range:
US = $102,000 - $127,500 + Commission
The advertised salary range reflects the level, scope and responsibilities of the role. Starting salary within that range will be determined based on experience, skills, market considerations and alignment with internal equity principles.
