Job description

Florida ENT and Allergy, a division of ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida, is currently seeking a full-time Practice Development & Marketing Coordinator. Our practice provides comprehensive general and subspeciality ENT medical and surgical care within the convenience of one medical group. Patient care is our top concern, and because we can provide both diagnosis and rehabilitative services, our patients know they can depend on our team for all their needs. Florida ENT and Allergy is a 13-location division of ENT and Allergy Associates of Florida with offices in Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties.
This is a dynamic opportunity for a highly organized, creative, analytical, and technology-savvy individual who wants to grow with a rapidly expanding healthcare organization. This role combines marketing, practice development, communications, graphic design, technology, data analysis, and project coordination.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, solves problems, and looks for ways to make things better. We are looking for someone who can grow into increasing responsibility as our organization continues to expand.
What You'll Do
  • Support marketing and practice development initiatives that help grow the organization and improve the patient and referring-provider experience.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives in collaboration with our marketing company and outside vendors.
  • Support digital marketing, social media, website content, online reputation, and brand initiatives.
  • Assist with physician referral and community outreach initiatives.
  • Create and update marketing materials, flyers, presentations, graphics, signage, and other visual communications.
  • Assist with creating, updating, and maintaining forms, templates, documents, and other materials used throughout the organization.
  • Support new office openings, organizational initiatives, special projects, and other growth-related activities.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets, reports, tracking tools, dashboards, and other resources to support decision-making.
  • Analyze data and identify trends and opportunities that can improve marketing performance, referral growth, and practice operations.
  • Assist with project coordination, budgets, vendor communication, and deadlines.
  • Support internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and company events.
  • Help identify and implement technology, AI, and process-improvement solutions that increase efficiency.
  • Assist with online reputation management and maintaining a consistent brand across locations.
  • Work with leadership and various departments to support organizational priorities and special projects.

Physical Demands:
Coordination, manual, and physical dexterity sufficient to carrying and distributing marketing materials to offices as required of the position or directed by the manager. The position may involve sitting, standing, bending, and stooping. Travel within the three counties our offices are in. The incumbent must also be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.
