GRADUATE ENROLLMENT - Stu-Reg Grad Enrollment Asst

Position summary
This graduate-level position requires the assistant to review incoming credentials, to evaluate and process them as appropriate to the Recruit application, and to scan documents into Recruit and BDM for archives. Should be able to multi-task between various clerical activities relating to prospective graduate and undergraduate students. Successful applicants will demonstrate ease in communicating and relating to people in person, by phone, text and email.
Qualifications summary
General office experience desired. Excellent phone, computer and communication skills. Database skills helpful. Ability to work independently and follow complex instructions. Sales qualities, i.e., pleasant, welcoming, friendly, patient, helpful. Reliable to keep to assigned work schedule. Must be currently enrolled as a graduate student. Ability to fluently speak and write in English is required and in Spanish is desirable.
Duties and responsibilities
Assist Graduate Enrollment Coordinators with diverse enrollment tasks. Provide a friendly connection in person, by phone or email to assist prospective students and academic programs with questions, concerns and requests regarding admissions documents. Scan and upload documents and other data entry duties. Other enrollment projects as assigned.
