Job Description
As an Enrollment Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in helping patients explore programs that may reduce the cost of their medications. This position is primarily phone-based and involves speaking with patients to gather information, determine potential program eligibility, and guide them through the enrollment process with care and professionalism. We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, tech-savvy, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple systems while providing a positive and supportive experience for each patient are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a positive and supportive experience for every potential client
  • Speak with potential clients over the phone to gather required information
  • Accurately enter and maintain client information in our system
  • Review insurance, income, and program guidelines to determine eligibility
  • Enroll eligible clients into medication assistance programs
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls (no cold calling)
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and confidence on every call

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Requirements

  • This is an in-office position. Candidates must be able to reliably commute.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Positive attitude with a self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
  • Phone sales experience is a plus, but not required
