Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and results-driven Executive Assistant / Program Analyst to serve as the administrative and operational backbone for the CET. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to Cyber Engineering Team (CET) Leadership, managing complex calendars, overseeing operational logistics, and ensuring that daily front-office activities align with team objectives. You will act as the central liaison for engineering team-coordinating everything from Agile project boards and operational documentation to visitor access and personnel administration.

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, possesses strong emotional intelligence to protect the team and leadership's time, and can seamlessly translate technical operations into streamlined administrative processes. Facilitate weekly CET syncs, bi-weekly leadership briefs, and Change Control Board (CCR/CCB) management. Act as the central liaison for daily operations, track efforts via Azure DevOps, and manage TCCOR/HURREX and COOP emergency response administration.

Manage complex, shifting calendars for the CET Director and coordinate cross-functional meetings while strictly respecting global time zones. Act as a strategic gatekeeper for the team's time during on-sites and travel, and manage comprehensive visitor access (VARs, Non-CAC access, BLDG badges). Draft, route, and manage critical operational documentation (TASKORD, FRAGORD, OPORD, CONOPS, AARs) and MOA/MOUs.

Generate Bi-Weekly Activity Reports, maintain the Yearly Command History, and oversee the CET Channel repository and Technical Knowledge Base. Coordinate Reserve Integration tasking and Sailor management. Track and process bi-annual civilian reviews, awards, Eval/FITREP inputs, and security/system access requests (SAAR processing).

Maintain the CET on-call schedule rotation and team recall rosters. Manage Micro-Purchase Requests for command funds and handle event/off-site logistics including room readiness and team accommodations. Must possess and maintain an activ TS clearance Proven experience in a DoD/ military enviornment, preferred Familarity with SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Office Suite> preferrred
