Job description

NTG Staffing is seeking a Project Manager for a company in Houston on a direct hire basis.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, alternative analyses, and early project development to assess technical, financial, and operational viability.

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment with project delivery standards and execution frameworks.
  • Oversee scope, cost, schedule, and change management, ensuring all updates are properly documented, approved, and communicated.
  • Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and supply chain activities, including contractor management and contract execution support.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, engineering specifications, and environmental commitments throughout project execution.
  • Manage project risks through risk identification, mitigation planning, and performance tracking against cost, schedule, and quality targets.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and external vendors to define requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support regulatory approvals, permitting processes, and post-construction documentation and turnover requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and enhancing project management processes and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5-10 years of experience in project or construction management with experience in Natural Gas pipeline.
