We're looking for a Project Manager to lead highimpact engineering and manufacturing initiatives - from process improvement and equipment implementation to facility-driven innovation projects.

This role will support both our Leola, PA and Federalsburg, MD facilities, partnering across locations to drive key initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a dynamic, multi-site environment and ready to make an immediate impact.

What You'll Do...

  • Lead complex projects from initiation to delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
  • Influence and coordinate across engineering, design, manufacturing, IT, procurement, and more.
  • Develop project plans, staffing strategies, and business cases that get buy-in at all levels.
  • Navigate ambiguity with confidence, defining clear goals and deliverables.
  • Oversee product requirements, technical assessments, prototyping, and production approvals.
  • Track milestones, manage risks, and communicate progress with clarity and impact.
  • Mentor other project managers and elevate the engineering project management discipline.

What You'll Bring...

  • Requires one of the following:
    • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in engineering, business, or a technical related field of study and three (3) years of project management related experience, OR
    • Associate degree and eight (8) years project management related experience, OR
    • High school diploma or equivalent and twelve (12) years of project management related experience
  • Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Hands-on experience with equipment installation, commissioning, or removal projects
  • Ability to effectively manage and execute multiple tasks, projects, and priorities
  • Ability to establish project plans, regularly monitor and track progress on work projects, and communicate with project partners
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with general supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written skills necessary to communicate intricate job-related processes
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and apply financial analysis
  • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of products
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of SAP and Stage Gate
  • Project management training or training in project management related fields to include risk, quality, and scheduling
  • PMP Certification
