About the opportunity:

The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, design, execution, and finalization of projects within manufacturing facilities. This includes delivering projects on time, within budget, and with technically sound solutions. The role requires strong engineering fundamentals, project management discipline, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

  • Work closely with production, maintenance, procurement, and other stakeholders

What you will bring:

  • Engineering degree (Mechanical preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of engineering/project experience
  • Experience in food or process manufacturing environments
  • Experience with systems such as CIP, pasteurization, and sterilization
  • Knowledge of instrumentation, PLCs, and SCADA systems
  • Strong understanding of engineering design and project delivery
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Financial acumen (budgeting, cost control, ROI awareness)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Clear communication and stakeholder management skills

Compensation:

As part of our commitment to fairness, trust, and transparency and our ambition to be an Employer of Choice, the base salary range for this position is $99,100 – $123,900+.
