We are seeking a Technical Project Manager – Flight Deck to lead cross-functional engineering teams developing advanced avionics products and capabilities. What You'll Do

  • Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams through the development, integration, certification, and deployment of advanced avionics systems
  • Drive technical execution from proposal and planning activities through production transition
  • Partner closely with Program Management to align technical priorities, schedules, resources, and project objectives
  • Develop project plans, technical proposals, statements of work, and execution strategies that support successful program delivery
  • Proactively identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and drive timely decision-making across teams
  • Influence technical direction and help teams navigate complex engineering challenges
  • Monitor project performance related to scope, schedule, resources, and budget objectives
  • Communicate project status, risks, and key milestones to leadership and stakeholders
