What will you be doing?
  • Lead the endtoend scoping, planning, and execution of highpriority engineering projects, with a focus on Active Copper productization and manufacturing scaleup
  • Drive crossfunctional execution by partnering with Engineering, Operations, CI, Product Management, and R&D teams globally
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource strategies, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer commitments
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
  • Provide clear reporting and insights to senior leadership to support key business decisions and financial commitments
  • Facilitate crossfunctional meetings, remove bottlenecks, and ensure alignment across teams

The typical salary range for this position is $109,000 to $164,000.
