Job Details

  • 6 month assignment
Overview:
  • We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager contractor with deep experience in Enterprise B2B software to support strategic initiatives across a large customer portfolio. This role will drive cross-functional program execution, ensuring alignment between internal teams (success, sales, services, product, engineering), and customer stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Email Marketing, Content Management Systems (CMS), and Marketing Operations, with a strong ability to manage complex workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate multi-solution programs across CDP, Email Marketing, CMS, and Marketing Operations, and other marketing technology related areas.
  • Partner externally with our customer and internally with teams to define program goals, success metrics, and execution plans.
  • Manage intake, prioritization, and execution of workstreams using project management tools.
  • Facilitate operational cadences including weekly PMO syncs, SteerCo meetings, and tactical stand-ups.
  • Track progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure timely delivery.
  • Own stakeholder engagement and maintain clear communication among cross-functional teams.
  • Support reporting and documentation needs for executive visibility and strategic alignment.
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B software program management with focus on delivery management.
  • Proven experience managing programs involving CDP, Email Marketing, CMS, and Marketing Operations.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology ecosystems and customer experience strategies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and workflow systems.
  • Ability to understand and operate in a matrixed environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations in and around the Seattle area.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in customer delivery roles for large-scale enterprise software transformation projects with focus on marketing technology.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Digital Experience (DX) products.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
