PAY RANGE: $75,000 - $85,000 | SHIFT: 1st Shift / Mon - Fri

QUICK SUMMARY:
The Production Program Manager leads Aerospace & Defense (A&D) programs from RFQ through full-scale production. This role sits at the center of the business-aligning commercial, engineering, operations, and quality-to ensure complex, highly regulated programs are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Own A&D programs end-to-end: RFQ, quoting, contract award, production, and delivery
  • Translate customer requirements into executable manufacturing plans
  • Serve as primary customer interface for program status, timelines, and technical alignment
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain
  • Manage schedules, risks, and milestones to support production readiness and scale
  • Oversee qualification and documentation (FAI, certifications, traceability, etc.)
  • Support procurement of aerospace-grade materials with proper documentation
  • Navigate customer portals for RFQs, submissions, and contract execution
  • Drive continuous improvement in program execution and scalability

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field required
  • 1+ years' experience in project management within Aerospace, Automotive, or Defense required
  • 3+ years' experience in additive manufacturing required
  • Proven ability to lead programs from RFQ/quoting through production ramp
  • Strong understanding of A&D compliance, documentation, and qualification requirements
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and quality

PREFERRED:
  • Background in CNC machining, sheet metal, additive, or advanced manufacturing
  • 1+ years' experience in estimating/quoting preferred
  • Familiarity with metrology (CMM, 3D scanning)
