Description

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 8+ years of relevant experience in software and program management.
Strong software project management skills with experience leading large, multi-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives.
Proven track record of managing programs end-to-end, from initial design through launch, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Deep knowledge of product development processes, with the ability to drive projects forward with precision, creativity, and collaboration.
Proficiency in leveraging Generative AI tools and LLMs to streamline program management workflows, including technical documentation, automated status reporting, and data synthesis.
Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience driving and delivering critical, end-to-end (E2E) project features across the company, collaborating effectively with multiple cross-functional teams.
Adept at leveraging data from diverse sources to generate insights and make informed decisions that guide program direction.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting to executive leadership and influencing key stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower teams, foster collaboration, and maintain momentum in fast-paced, often ambiguous environments.
