Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to fill a opening with a manufacturing company located in Metro Detroit. The ideal candidates should have a background in engineering, ideally in exteriors and accessories within automotive.
Requirements of the Engineering Manager
  • BSME or similar degree
  • Technical expert in exterior components and related systems
  • 10+ years of design & release experience
  • Experience with DVP&R, DFMEA, GD&T, DFM, DFA, etc.
  • Understanding of product and vehicle development cycles and processes
