Job Summary:
TEKFORTUNE INC is a fast-growing consulting firm specialized in staffing services for leading organizations. They are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead the delivery of scalable, cloud-native platforms while managing distributed teams and ensuring high standards of performance and security.
Responsibilities:
• Define architecture for microservices and event-driven systems
• Lead design using BCD, sequence, activity, state, ER, and DFD diagrams
• Drive cloud-native development (Azure/AWS/GCP) and integration patterns (APIs, messaging, event streaming) - Preferably Azure Tech Stack Exp
• Own end-to-end delivery (design to production support)
• Define and track engineering KPIs, SLAs, and maturity models
• Ensure 24/7 reliability, security (SSO/MFA), and compliance
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD, SRE, and DevSecOps practices
• Lead and mentor onshore/offshore teams and manage stakeholders
• Enable adoption of AI/ML and GenAI use cases
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s or Master's in Computer Science or related field
• 12–15+ years of experience in software engineering; 5+ years in leadership roles
• Strong expertise in .NET/.NET Core, C#
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and services (compute, storage, serverless, monitoring)
• Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and integration patterns
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
• Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and system design
Preferred:
• Experience with Python, Java, Node.js, or Go
• Exposure to AI/ML and GenAI
• Familiarity with Agile (SAFe), DevSecOps, SRE, and tools like ADO, GitHub, SonarQube
• Experience in regulated environments
