Client Details Our Client specializes in liquid processing and packaging systems for the food, dairy, beverage, pharmaceutical, biotech, and personal care industries. The company delivers turnkey solutions-from engineering and automation to fabrication and installation-built on decades of process expertise, quality craftsmanship, and a commitment to customer service. Description Prepare estimates and quotes for service work based on customer requests. Coordinate, schedule, and oversee the execution of all field service activities. Ensure technicians are fully equipped with the required tools, materials, permits, and resources to perform their work efficiently and effectively. Uphold and enforce safe work practices, ensuring all activities comply with OSHA safety standards. Maintain strong communication with customers, project managers, and field crews to ensure all work meets the highest quality standards and aligns with customer expectations. Profile Strong understanding of process piping operations, including materials, tooling, installation methods, and industry standards. Oversee safe execution of work on multiple projects and job sites. Brings a minimum of 8 years of experience across the food, beverage, dairy, personal care, and pharmaceutical sectors. Proven leadership abilities with experience managing field crews of 20+ team members. Proficient with basic computer applications, including Excel, Word, and Microsoft Project. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Skilled in interpreting piping specifications, P&IDs, scopes of work, and other engineering and project-related documentation. Solid working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety requirements.
