To thrive as an Electronics Engineering Manager, you need a solid background in electronics engineering, project management, and typically a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical or electronics engineering. Familiarity with design tools like Altium Designer or OrCAD, project management software, and certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma are highly valued.
