POSITION OVERVIEW: As a Document Controller at LJA Land Development, you will be responsible for Technical Document Control support for day-to-day activities of the Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) Support Group within Land Development.

A TYPICAL DAY MIGHT INCLUDE:

  • Process Construction Plans – verify all sheets are provided
  • Process Bid Documents – verify all documents are provided
  • Schedule Deliveries
  • Assist updating Review Schedule

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION/LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of an Associate's Degree.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years of experience in document control
  • Have working knowledge of engineering project document types
  • Microsoft Certified in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong Microsoft Teams and Outlook knowledge
  • Must be dependable and possess a sense of urgency
  • Excellent proofreading and editing skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment; ability to accurately work under pressure in meeting deadlines
  • Ability to process and prioritize responsibilities
