Job description

Customer Service Engineer

Customer Service Engineer positions offered by HL Mando America Corporation (Hogansville, Georgia). Initiate containment action within 24 hours and organize sorting activities and make clean point. Attend Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) quality issues improvement meetings with customers. Process AR Claims reconciliation and customer closure speed. Perform quarterly checks for effectiveness of OEM issue corrective action. Generate weekly reports for upper management, including analyzing OEM quality trends, OEM defect cost and quantity update to Korea. Drive meetings with customers to deep dive investigation with headquarters in Korea.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Requires a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in engineering or a related field and 1 year of experience generating corrective and preventive action for quality issues.
  • Must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:
    • Conducting Cognex vision system programming and verification on steering component
    • Analyzing product failure types of Steering noise and torque-force
    • Working with PCPA, PFMEA, and 5S
  • Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently.
