Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineer Manager to lead process engineering initiatives, project execution, and team development across multiple sites. This role requires strong expertise in chemical and process engineering, including heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and equipment optimization. The ideal candidate is a technical leader with hands-on experience in process troubleshooting, project management, and system optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee process engineering projects focused on asphalt and chemical processing.
  • Optimize system performance using heat transfer, mass balance, and pressure drop calculations.
  • Specify and manage pump and piping requirements for chemical and industrial processes.
  • Oversee capital projects, from design to execution, ensuring process efficiency.
  • Develop and mentor engineering teams, balancing leadership and hands-on technical work.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Process Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in process engineering or chemical manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and equipment design.
  • Experience with heat exchangers, distillation columns, cooling towers, and process optimization.
  • Leadership experience in managing technical teams and project execution.
  • PE License preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed across multiple locations.
