Engagement Description: Manage Blueprint workstream projects:
β€’ Support/facilitate business case and business requirements development
β€’ Facilitate project business decision making
β€’ Develop and manage complete end-to-end project plan which includes business implementation, readiness, and technical
milestones
β€’ Compile status reports reflecting all aspects of project execution including business implementation, readiness and technical inputs
β€’ Work with all project stakeholders to resolve project issues or mitigate risks
β€’ Facilitate the development of User Acceptance Testing scenarios and business approvals
β€’ Facilitate defect tracking and resolution in coordination with IT
β€’ Provide consolidated (business and IT) project status reporting, verbally and in writing
β€’ Ensure proper transition of ongoing business activities prior to project closure
β€’ Support business readiness activities including workgroup breakout sessions, process, and procedure development.
