Job description

Duties:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the dairy department, including managing inventory, ordering products, and ensuring proper stock levels.
  • Ensure that all dairy products are properly displayed and rotated to maintain freshness.
  • Train and supervise dairy department staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to food safety and sanitation.
  • Monitor sales trends and adjust product offerings to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee schedules.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a grocery or dairy department.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and staff members who may speak different languages (multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus).
