With an interdisciplinary team of around 9,000 experts, EDAG develops unique mobility and industrial solutions for customers that include the world's leading automotive and non-automotive companies.


This is how you will grow:

  • Support integration of all Energy Systems subsystems—including HV Battery, Energy Management, Thermal, Charging, HV/LV Bus, and HV Safety—into the vehicle platform to meet program metrics on time and with quality.
  • Coordinate work and rapid studies across the Energy Systems organization.
  • Identify gaps in interface definitions and work with teams to ensure consistent expectations and alignment across communication paths.
  • Support Energy team completing project development deliverables – utilize strong program management skills to ensure gaps are closed.
  • Support integration of all HV components into the HV Bus Architecture, covering mechanical and electrical interfaces and associated requirements.
  • Own maintenance of HV and supporting LV bus specification documents.
  • Own HV mechanization diagram, keep it updated.
  • Provide strong expertise in integrating power electronics into the HV bus.
  • Support weekly Energy Systems kickoff meetings and help manage agenda topics.
  • Collaborate effectively within a high-performing Energy Systems team and across cross-functional partners.
  • Adapt to changing work packages and program priorities throughout the lifecycle.
