Job description

Description:

This is a fast-track operations role, not a traditional analyst desk job.

Microscreen is a precision manufacturer of expendable printing tooling for the electronics industry — and we’re in the middle of explosive growth (10-30x and accelerating). We need a sharp, high-energy person to own operational workflows, drive cross-functional projects, and help scale the company from the inside.

If you’re a recent graduate who’s ambitious, adaptable, and wants hands-on experience running real business operations — this is the role.

You won’t spend your time in spreadsheets alone. You’ll sit at the center of our operation — supporting executive decision-making, managing critical projects across engineering, sales, and operations, driving data analysis that shapes strategy, and building systems that help the company scale faster. You’ll get direct mentorship from the CEO from day one, exposure to every function of the business, and a real path to a leadership role as we grow.

Project management: coordinate and drive initiatives across engineering, operations, sales, and purchasing to completion

Process improvement: review workflows and procedures to identify bottlenecks and recommend operational enhancements

Sales and outreach support: help cultivate client relationships, track business development activity, and support marketing efforts

Data and reporting: compile, analyze, and present data from across the business to support strategic decisions, board meetings, and quarterly reviews

New site planning and research: assist with planning, research, and paperwork required for setting up new operational sites, including international locations

Financial documentation: help prepare financial packages and supporting materials for lender submissions

Systems and logistics: vendor management, supply ordering, records management, and operational coordination

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Operations, Accounting, or related field)

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities

• Excellent communicator — written and verbal

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Self-starter who takes initiative without waiting to be told what to do

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where no two days look the same

• High integrity and discretion — you’ll handle confidential business information regularly

Willing to occasionally travel for trade shows and customer/vendor meetings
