Energy Efficiency Sales - Residential | $70.,000 to $150,000 potential annual earning

Pay Type: Commission | uncapped earning potential

Work Hours: Monday through Friday | Full-Time

We're looking for a skilled Sales Estimator to manage insulation and ductwork proposals for an expanding residential HVAC and home performance company based in Phoenix. The ideal candidate has experience evaluating homes, understanding airflow systems, and creating precise, cost-effective project estimates.

Position Overview:

  • Perform residential assessments for insulation upgrades, attic improvements, air sealing, and ductwork systems
  • Identify airflow, efficiency, and indoor comfort problems within the home
  • Create detailed, solution-focused estimates and project proposals
  • Guide homeowners through recommendations and secure signed agreements
  • Coordinate accurate project details with installation crews for smooth execution
