Job description

Program ManagerIntroduction:

This role reports to the Director of PMO and is expected to bring disciplined project management fundamentals, sound judgment, strong communication, and a high level of ownership to every initiative. The role is expected to develop and utilize approved and coordinated AI as the PMO pursues a high degree of automation and efficiency. The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, communicating, tracking, and driving projects from initiation through completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional project teams
  • Influence without authority
  • Create accountability across departments
  • Help teams move important work forward
  • Utilize project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Develop and utilize AI solutions to support automation and efficiency
  • Communicate effectively with executives, sponsors, project teams, vendors, and front-line Associates
  • Utilize project management tools such as MS Project and Atlassian products (Jira, in particular)
Requirements:Required Skills:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, IT, operations, or related field; candidates with strong applicable experience alone will be considered
  • 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Strong command of project management fundamentals
  • Curiosity about AI and interest in pursuing AI solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of PM tools (e.g., MS Project and Atlassian products)
