Demand Response Operations Analyst
Description and requirements
If you want to shape the future of energy, we are looking for a Demand Response Operations Analyst to join our operations team!
Who you will work with
You will be part of the Enel X Global Retail team responsible for steering the execution of new and existing programs to consistently meet energy reduction targets. The DR Operations team thrives on a culture of continuous improvement, and the ideal candidate will have experience identifying areas for improvement and successfully managing projects to achieve business objectives. Opportunities for growth will become apparent in the areas of operational efficiency, customer experience, system & process alignment, and cross-functional leadership.
What you will do
In this role, you will be responsible for/support the team in the following activities:
• Create and adapt operating procedures for all assigned programs.
• Establish an understanding of assigned program regulations and operational implications.
• Coordinate the development of all program-specific content for mass communication with customers.
• Monitor systems and escalate any configuration errors or software bugs to the appropriate teams.
• Facilitate the cross-functional implementation of assigned new DR programs in North America.
• Drive performance management activities throughout the program season to optimize portfolio delivery, including coordination of customer outreach, survey data collection & analysis.
• Train the Real-Time Operations Team on assigned programs as well as Utility stakeholders on dispatch procedures using proprietary software.
• Build reports and dashboards to support process visibility and cross-functional alignment.
What you will bring
• 3+ years of experience in an operational role
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Teams)
Preferred
• Bachelor's degree;
• Previous work in energy management, power generation, demand response, or a related industry preferred
• Experience in project management; facilitating cross-functional stakeholders to align and agree on a course of action
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-stress situations calmly and effectively; thrive in a fast-paced, open, flexible environment
• Adept 'systems thinker' - naturally curious about how things are designed and built
• Meticulous attention to detail when tackling thorny problems
• Self-motivated to initiate and follow-through on improvement projects
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Looking to be a collaborative member of a deeply connected, mission-driven team

The pay range for this position is $84,112.59-$126,168.89 annually. The base pay actually offered will be based on several factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, work experience, education, and internal equity.
