Human Resources Coordinator (Coordinador derecursos humanos)
Description:
Answer phones and greet Internal and External Guests when theyvisit the department. Respond to Team Member inquiries in-person, overthe phone and through email. Initiate pre-employment background/drugtesting. Update posting of job openings on a weekly basis after they arereceived from the Employment Recruiter. Responsible for all data entryin the HCM System including but not limited to terminations and new hireinformation. Responsible for assisting Team Members with Gaming ControlBoard registrations and renewals as well as enter and maintain recordsof all Team Members' necessary work cards in HCM system. CommunicateCompany information accurately and timely to Team Members at all levelsof the Organization when requested to do so. Assist in theadministration of Team Member Benefits, Leave of Absences and TeamMember Relations related tasks. Prepare Team Member pin badges, nametags and parking passes. Maintain Team Members' personnel files andtermination files including but not limited to filing documents. Assistswith design and execution of Team Member functions, including but notlimited to Company Parties, Fundraising and Recognition Events.Responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance and organization of theHuman Resources Office and File Room.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Human Resources and or theGaming/Hospitality industry a plus. Bi-lingual preferred. Proficient inMicrosoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. A service orientedmindset and professional demeanor. Ability to maintain highlyconfidential information. Ability to express ideas and makerecommendations concerning job related issues. Ability to utilizecritical-thinking skills in order to work independently andcollaboratively. Active or the ability to obtain applicable registrationas required by the State of Nevada's Gaming Control Board. The abilityto understand, read, speak and write effectively in English.
