Job Summary:
The Dignify Solutions, LLC is a company focused on providing technology solutions, and they are seeking an Endpoint Operations Technician. The role involves managing day-to-day endpoint operations and providing escalations support, with a strong emphasis on Azure Virtual Desktops.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with Azure Virtual Desktops.
โ€ข Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Endpoint Operations Technician or similar.
โ€ข Working knowledge on Microsoft Azure, FsLogix, GPO, Active Directory and PowerShell.
โ€ข Experience with Day-to-day Endpoint Operations and escalations support.
โ€ข Experience developing and testing software packages using Install shield or equivalent.
โ€ข Skills managing a VDI environment (Azure Virtual Desktop preferred).
โ€ข Expert with SCCM administration, patch management, Imaging, Scripting, MSI, Packaging & Automation.
โ€ข Expert with administering and deploying software using SCCM in a global environment, developing and maintaining workstation images using SCCM.
โ€ข Expert in patch management including bios and firmware updates, service pack upgrades, and application-based updates.
โ€ข Scripting experience is considered a plus (batch, SQL, PowerShell, vbscript).
โ€ข Working knowledge of the ITIL framework.
โ€ข Expert End Point Protection Engineering.
โ€ข Experience with Windows 10/11, Active Directory Structure, and Managing Group Policies.
