Role: SentinelOne Endpoint Security Lifecycle Manager – Technical Lead

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Sentinel One Lifecycle Management:

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of the SentinelOne endpoint protection platform (EPP), including deployment, configuration, policy management, upgrades, and decommissioning.
  • Ensure all endpoints are correctly onboarded, monitored, and compliant with security standards.
  • Act as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for Sentinel One and associated endpoint protection technologies.
  • Develop and maintain alerting, monitoring, and reporting frameworks for endpoint threat detection and response.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate existing tools and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Stay current with Sentinel One product updates and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure all endpoint security practices align with FCC compliance standards.

System Testing & Development Lifecycle:

  • Plan, coordinate, organize, and communicate system test activities.
  • Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements.
  • Complete required analysis and deliverable documentation aligned with software development lifecycle (SDLC) standards.
  • Apply experience in application development and SDLC to support integration and testing efforts.
  • Provide executive and operational reporting on the health and security posture of the endpoint fleet

Qualifications:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in endpoint security, threat management, or cybersecurity operations.
  • Hands-on experience with SentinelOne, including deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of endpoint protection strategies, alert tuning, and threat response workflows.
  • Experience with application development and the software development lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior staff.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks, especially FCC requirements
