This is a Hybrid role, current expectations are twice per week in the office, with no set days. The likelihood may increase to four days per week in the future. No remote candidates at this time.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an IT Security Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

•             Providing endpoint security solutions for workstation and server operating systems including Windows and Linux environments

•             Participating in the design, configuration, implementation, and continuous improvement of endpoint security solutions that meet business requirements and align with enterprise security standards

•             Administering and supporting endpoint security technologies with focus on CrowdStrike Falcon and Microsoft Defender, including policy implementation, agent health, platform adoption, and operational support

•             Leading or supporting projects to improve security compliance, expand platform coverage, deploy new capabilities, life cycle management, and remediate endpoint security issues

•             Serving as a member of an L3 support team for deployed security solutions, including participation in a weekly on-call rotation

•             Consulting with vendors and internal technology teams on emerging capabilities, existing platform optimization, and endpoint security roadmap initiatives

•             Supporting endpoint and workload security capabilities across AWS and Azure cloud environments

Your Skills and Expertise

•             Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution OR High School diploma/GED or higher AND minimum five (5) years of IT experience

•             Three (3) years of experience supporting endpoint security solutions in a private, public, government, or military environment

•             Experience supporting security technologies across Windows and Linux operating systems

•             Experience with enterprise endpoint protection platforms such as CrowdStrike Falcon and/or Microsoft Defender

•             Experience supporting security capabilities in AWS and/or Azure environments

•             Five (5) years of endpoint security support in a private, public, government, or military environment

•             Experience administering CrowdStrike Falcon capabilities including Prevent, Firewall Management, Identity Threat Protection, Shield, Privileged Access, Discover, Spotlight/Exposure Management, Cloud Security, and API integrations

•             Experience with Microsoft Defender capabilities including endpoint protection, threat detection, vulnerability management

•             Experience in device provisioning processes, agent deployments, platform lifecycle management, and enterprise policy implementation
