Requisition #: 1779 Job Title: Endpoint Management Lead Location: On-Site, Huntsville, AL Clearance Level: Secret, Must Have Clearance to Start Required Certification(s): IAT2  Job Description Job Summary Agile Defense Contracting is seeking an experienced and motivated Endpoint Management Team Lead to join our team at CPE Aviation on Redstone Arsenal. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of IT professionals in managing and securing endpoints across the CPE Aviation ELAN network. This role requires extensive experience with Tanium for patching, vulnerability management, and overall endpoint security.  Education and Background Qualifications  * Active DoD Secret Clearance is required. * DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher is required (e.g., Security+). * High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is preferred. * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in endpoint management, with a strong emphasis on Tanium. * Proven experience leading a team of IT professionals. โ€ข Firm understanding of PowerShell scripting. * Proven experience working with ACAS (Tenable.SC/Nessus) * Experience with POAM/STIG mitigation and management; experience with Evaluate STIG\STIG Viewer is required. * Knowledge of the Tanium Provision module. * Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Experience maintaining an on-premise Tanium environment is a plus. * Additional relevant certifications (e.g., Tanium Certified Administrator) are highly desirable.  Years of Experience * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in endpoint management, with a strong emphasis on Tanium.  * High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is preferred.  Required Skills Key Responsibilities  * Lead and mentor a team of endpoint management specialists. * Interface will government representatives as required to brief project status. * Oversee the patching and vulnerability management of all endpoints on the CPE Aviation ELAN network using Tanium. * Run and review ACAS (Tenable.SC/Nessus) scans to remediate findings on systems. * Lead Windows OS version upgrade projects to keep all CPE workstations on the latest OS version. * Develop and implement endpoint security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with DoD and Army regulations. * Manage the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of endpoint management tools, with a primary focus on Tanium. * Monitor endpoint health and security, responding to and resolving any incidents in a timely manner. * Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of endpoint management solutions. * Provide regular reports on endpoint compliance, security posture, and team performance to senior management. * Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends to continuously improve the security of the network.  Working Conditions * This is a full-time, on-site position at Redstone Arsenal.
