We are seeking a highly skilled Nexthink Developer to support the design, development, and expansion of our Nexthink platform. This role will focus on dashboard development, stakeholder engagement, and automation through Nexthink flows and remote actions to drive proactive issue resolution and improve the Digital Employee Experience (DEX).
This individual will work closely with platform leadership and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable insights and automated solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Responsibilities:
  • Design and build Nexthink dashboards, investigations, and data models to deliver actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain remote actions and automation flows to enable proactive remediation
  • Configure campaigns, alerts, and monitoring to improve endpoint visibility and performance
  • Build and optimize automated workflows to reduce manual effort and incident volume
  • Translate use cases into scalable Nexthink solutions (e.g., device health, application performance, incident prevention)
  • Partner with engineering teams to implement self-healing and proactive IT capabilities
  • Partner with Service Desk, EUC, and Infrastructure teams to gather and refine requirements
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring solutions meet operational needs
  • Analyze endpoint data to identify trends, recurring issues, and optimization opportunities
  • Create dashboards that track key metrics (DEX, incident drivers, performance issues)
  • Support leadership with data-driven recommendations

4. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to integrate new technologies and continuously improve infrastructure standards and processes.

9. Develops technical solutions with deep analysis of infrastructure systems and leads infrastructure processes.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in infrastructure engineering.
3. Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies including cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, and middleware.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in Agile teams and knowledge of Agile development & release practices. Experience supporting a team with DevOps in an Enterprise Agile framework (SAFe, LeSS, DAD, Enterprise Scrum, Nexus, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Nexthink (dashboards, investigations, remote actions, campaigns)
  • 4-7+ years of experience in IT engineering, EUC, or IT operations
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong experience with:
    • Data visualization and dashboard design
    • Scripting/automation (PowerShell or similar)
    • ITSM platforms (ServiceNow preferred)
