  • Perform system upgrades, routine maintenance, monitoring, and performance tuning across network, server, virtualization, endpoint, and cloud environments.
  • Troubleshoot network, server, virtualization, endpoint, security, backup, and cloud-related issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and specialized technical resources when additional expertise is required.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, system inventories, and standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in disaster-recovery planning, security initiatives, infrastructure projects, and continuous-improvement activities.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to IT staff and business users.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation as required.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • Approximately five to seven years of progressive experience in network engineering, systems administration, or enterprise infrastructure support.
  • Experience independently supporting or managing a mid-sized network and infrastructure environment.
  • Broad working knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization, cloud services, endpoint management, backups, and security tools.
